We are dedicated to continually improving our services and working collaboratively with our clients to resolve any issues.
When we receive a request or complaint, we handle it with objectivity and thoroughness. We will investigate the matter, process your request, and provide written feedback. If the complaint concerns one of our certified companies, we will review our records and forward the complaint to the relevant company. Your identity will remain confidential. After receiving the company’s response, we will promptly update you in writing on the status and resolution of the issue.
